    Brian Sallade is the president and CEO of Kinsmen Group. He has built his 30-year career in leadership as a startup entrepreneur and CEO of several companies. One of Brian’s most significant accomplishments was the development of a turn-key solution to help pharmaceutical companies comply with regulations such as FDA 21 CFR part 11. He has also previously worked with the US Department of Interior, General Motors, Hydro One, New York Power Authority, Seattle City Light, Idaho Power, Johnson & Johnson, Amgen, Pfizer, Gerdau, Entergy, and Koch Industries to help build world-class engineering information systems. Now, Brian continuously displays a wealth of business acumen in a myriad of industries, while staying true to his unique passion for engineering information management.

    Jessica Bianchessi

    Jessica Bianchessi is VP of Customer Success and cofounder of Kinsmen Group. With first-hand experience in document and data management for the oil and gas industry, she delivers a passionate and comprehensive approach to resolving engineering information management challenges. Jessica has helped asset-intensive companies implement solutions for a gamut of global customers, including industry giants, ExxonMobil, Chevron, Royal Dutch Shell, Total, BP, and ENI to name a few. A veteran of optimizing information for the asset lifecycle through technology, people, and processes, she is passionate about providing customers with the blueprint to success.

    Paul Cheetham

    Paul Cheetham is VP of Services. With over 20 years of experience in the engineering information management sphere, Paul has operated closely with vendors and technology partners, such as IBM, EMC, Oracle, and OpenText. Having previously worked for Opidis, he is an authoritative figure in the management landscape of support, products, development, and service functions. Paul has a record of consistently surpassing revenue and budgetary expectations, specializing in a “hands-on” approach and being actively involved in all aspects of the software and solution lifecycle—defining products, design solutions, implementation, and project management support. He has also performed data management roles in the Royal Bank of Scotland and British Nuclear Fuels.
